Assemble the Agency - Spring 2023 Graphic Design Internship

During the spring semester I had the amazing opportunity to join Assemble’s team as a Graphic Design intern. While working remotely initially seemed like a big challenge, I connected immediately with the other creatives on the team.

I was able to create a variety of social media assets and learn more about the agency environment after only experiencing in-house design teams. Assemble directly helps democratic candidates and agencies and it was an amazing team to be apart of even for a short duration.

Intern Project - SHRMpreneurship

Our intern cohort was tasked with pitching an intrapreneurship program within SHRM. I created the branding based on our group’s idea and created a brochure and PowerPoint for our presentation in front of SHRM’s C-Suite.

My interns and I pitched our idea in front of SHRM’s C-Suite and needed slides that would help communicate our thought process behind SHRMpreneurship. I created diagrams and other graphics to help get our ideas across, using the branding I developed.

Brochure

For our presentation, I created brochures to give the executives an example of what a handout could look like if they developed the SHRMpreneurship program. I took time to print, fold, and trim the brochures and the copy was developed by the marketing intern.
